Exchange Policy

Exchange of Defective Merchandise

All requests for exchange shall be limited to damages to the fabric such as rips and holes in the middle of the fabric, and will only be entertained if we are notified thereof at (exchange@tela.ph) within three (3) days from receipt of the merchandise.  

Upon receipt of your notification, we will coordinate with you on the procedure for exchange.  


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned to us in its original unused condition that you received it including the original product packaging with all tags still attached.  Once we receive the item, we will evaluate and assess whether the defect or damage is indeed manufacturer-related.  In such a case, we will ship to you a replacement item free of charge and shoulder shipping cost both ways.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Incorrect Merchandise

If you received an item which is different from what you ordered, kindly inform us at (hello@tela.ph) or via call/text.  We will pay for the return shipping cost if it is the result of our error.   The items(s) must be returned to us in its original unused condition that you received it including the original product packaging with all tags still attached within three (3) days from receipt. Upon receipt of the item for replacement, we will coordinate with you on the procedure for exchange. 

Please note that slubs and slight uneven colors are characteristic of most fabrics. Thus, while we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on our online store, we cannot, however, guarantee that it will be 100% uniform and consistent with the color you have chosen, or that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.  We therefore reserve the right to refuse the replacement of items with slight deviations in color.

Exceptions to Exchanges

We inspect all the fabrics that are returned for exchange.  Thus, in addition to the provisions of the preceding section, we likewise reserve the right to refuse an exchange for any and all returned items in case the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing portions thereof for reasons not due to our error, or is returned more than three (3) days after delivery. 

Only regular priced items may be returned/exchanged/refunded. Those purchased on sale or using discount codes cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded.
